Here’s what you can expect when you work with me:

• ENQUIRE Complete the Contact Form or send me a DM, text or email with your details and wedding date. I will check if I’m available. Contact details at the bottom of the page.

• INTRODUCTION No-obligation meeting, face-to-face or by video depending on logistics.

• BOOK Confirm your date and I’ll pop you on my calendar and invoice you for the deposit: 20% of my total fee. 

• PLAN & GET YOUR LICENCE About three months before your wedding, I will send you an online questionnaire which gives me all the details about your ceremony. It will include details about the order of service and who you’d like to be involved. I will ask you questions to ensure that we can make the ceremony feel organic and intimate. It also covers logistics: sound for the ceremony, rings, bouquets, and where to sign the paperwork. At the same time, I will send you the details about applying for your marriage licence. If we didn’t get to meet in person earlier, we can also arrange that.

• SCRIPT About three weeks prior to your wedding, I will send a draft script of your marriage ceremony for your comments, changes and approval. I will also invoice you for the remainder of my fee at this time (to be paid in full at least one week prior to the wedding date). 

• REHEARSAL I strongly suggest having a rehearsal the day before your wedding. Having lived through bad music cues and confusion over who’s got the rings … A rehearsal will make your ceremony look effortless. A rehearsal is included in my fee.

• CEREMONY The day is here! I will meet you at the venue, ready with everything I need to get you married.

• PAPERWORK Once you have signed two copies of the paperwork at the ceremony, I will give you one copy, and submit the other copy to the appropriate government agency. You should receive your Certificate of Marriage by post shortly after.
